(3) Comprehensive quality inspection of finished products (final inspection and control) 
After the finished products come off the production line, the quality inspection team conducts a comprehensive final inspection covering all categories and parameters in accordance with international standards for the inspection of construction machinery parts. The inspection coverage rate is 100%, and the core inspection items include: 
Dimensional accuracy inspection: Precision calipers, micrometers, and three-coordinate measuring machines are used to verify all dimensions of the product, including outer diameter, inner diameter, length, thickness, and hole positions, to ensure that the tolerances are within the industry standard range, perfectly matching the assembly of the corresponding model of excavator and eliminating installation deviations. 
Performance simulation tests: For hydraulic components, transmission components, and wear-resistant parts, we conduct pressure resistance tests, wear resistance tests, impact resistance tests, and fatigue strength tests. These tests simulate the actual working conditions on construction sites to verify the durability and stability of the products. 
Surface quality inspection: Verify the anti-corrosion treatment processes such as painting, galvanizing, and blackening to eliminate surface defects like paint peeling, rust, burrs, and cracks, ensuring the product's anti-corrosion and rust-proof properties, and its suitability for different climate conditions and construction scenarios overseas. 
Adaptability verification: By referring to the original factory parameters of the corresponding brand of excavators, each product model, specification, and compatible machine type is checked one by one to prevent wrong delivery and model mismatch issues. 
All products that pass the inspection are affixed with a special quality inspection pass label. Unqualified products are isolated and destroyed uniformly and will never be allowed to enter the market. 
(4) Outbound and Cross-border Logistics Quality Control 
Before the finished products are dispatched from the warehouse, a recheck of the model, a recount of the quantity and a re-inspection of the appearance are carried out to ensure that the dispatched products are exactly the same as the orders. In view of the characteristics of cross-border logistics, professional anti-shock, moisture-proof and anti-rust packaging techniques are adopted.
